Ballagh Farm Cheese

Ballagh Farm Shop opened in August 2020 growing vegetables, stocking locally produced weekly in season vegetable boxes, plants, flowers and artisan products.

As an extension of those foods, we stock Irish and International cheese, purchased in kilo plus blocks. We support Achonry Market on Saturdays, cutting cheese from the block to your individual portions along with the finest olives and sun-dried tomatoes, decanted into individual tamper proof pots. From Vintage Waxed Irish Cheddar, Cashill Blue, Goats Gouda, Gubeen and Carragaline and Herb to the hot chilli Mexicana to name a few.

Varieties are always being added, from cows, goats and more recently sheep’s cheese. We always offer “try before you buy” to taste test the quality of the goods.
